Submission Deadline: Monday, January 20, 11:59 p.m. ET CFAS is seeking proposals for Ignite-style presentations during a session on equity themes at the 2020 AAMC Councils Co-located Spring Meeting. The session will be held on Saturday, March 14, 2020 from 3:30 - 4:45 PM PT, during the "CFAS only" day of the meeting. We would like to invite up to five Ignite-style presentations of 5-7 minutes each, with no more than five slides per presentation. Ideally, the presentations should tell a story and be engaging and personal. Each presentation will have one presenter, though it can reflect on a broader team effort. The entire session (of 75 minutes) will include group table conversation with the CFAS representatives in attendance and a Q&A period.As you plan your presentation proposals, please be expansive and creative. The goal is not just to outline what you have done, but to also give your CFAS colleagues ideas that they can take back to their institutions or societies to address similar challenges they are facing.Proposals must be submitted no later than Monday, January 20, 2020 at 11:59 p.m. ET to be considered for the session. All presenters are responsible for registering in advance of the meeting, paying the registration fee, and securing and paying for travel and lodging.
