AAMC Gender Equity Initiative Response Form

In January 2020, the AAMC announced a new initiative to achieve gender equity in academic medicine, which included a strong statement from the AAMC Board of Directors and a robust action plan. David Skorton, MD, AAMC president and CEO, called on medical school deans, hospital CEOs, and academic society leaders to complete the following form as a demonstration of their commitment to taking leadership accountability for achieving gender equity at their institution or organization.
